Tutus are 3 layers of tulle with a sewn trim of purple sequin and attached rosebud. Length measures 11" and waist fits girls from age 3-8.
The halo is adorned full with flower petals on a thin elastic band and dangling satin ribbons to bring the design together.
The wand matches the set and is perfect for casting dreams into the air.
